Return Policy – RootSnap™
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
